What you'll do:
- Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service
- Manage and support front desk and clinical staff
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and staff workflows
- Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Monitor practice goals and contribute to improving financial performance
What we seek:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in business management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous dental office manager experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Articulate, detailed and service-oriented individuals
- Team players
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Demonstrated multitasking abilities and the ability to take initiative in all areas of the clinic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software
