What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service
• Manage and support front desk and clinical staff
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and staff workflows
• Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Monitor practice goals and contribute to improving financial performance

What we seek:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous dental office manager experience 
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Articulate, detailed and service-oriented individuals
• Team players
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Demonstrated multitasking abilities and the ability to take initiative in all areas of the clinic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software
